Support Services

Your needs go beyond just having an appointment

Supporting You Each Step of the Way

Our team at Summit knows that after a life-altering diagnosis, each person’s needs vary. You may require long-term care or have a temporary condition. No matter what the severity or need, we are committed to giving you an environment of kindness and respect, while providing support along the way.

Amputee Support Group

Our support group offers a safe place for fellow amputees to share their struggles and triumphs. It is a place to make friends and to find comfort with those who understand.

Hospital Visitation

Our staff is available to meet patients in the hospital. We can provide information, answer questions, and offer a comforting hand before or after the procedure.

Physician Consultation

We are available to meet with physicians or speak on the phone to discuss the specific needs of the individual patient.

Evaluation and Training

Each patient receives a free initial consultation. We will work with the patient’s physical therapist for individual training needs.

Patient Education and Follow-up Care

Continuing education and free follow-up care are key components of our commitment to excellent patient care.
